Who pays for this site

You pay this site nothing, now or later.

A metal building goes up under a contract between you and the builder. Under a signed agreement, every request from this site goes to a single independent builder: Suburban Buildings, LLC of Boerne, Texas. If a request that started here turns into one of those contracts, the builder owes Compass Camper LLC a referral fee, set as a share of the contract price. The contract is between you and the builder only. Compass Camper LLC does not sign it and never bills you.

The fee is paid only when a project signs, not per click or per call, so one request that fits beats ten that do not. Your request reaches one builder, and that builder owes a fee only when you sign with them. No lead list gets it, whether by sale or otherwise, and no second contractor does either. This site ranks no builders, publishes no reviews of them, and screens none for you. Among the papers on file from the builder is a current general liability insurance certificate; its carrier, limits and end date are printed on the about page. That page also lists the papers worth asking any builder for, among them proof of Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation registration on a building that is not a private residence, at $50,000 or more of estimated construction cost.
