How this site handles your data

Effective 2026-09-24. Compass Camper LLC (Oregon), doing business as Compass Lead Group, runs this site.

What the form takes

The request form has six fields, and those six are what gets collected:

• full name
• phone number
• email address
• county of the lot
• which building
• when you want to build

Each request also carries the name of this site and a timestamp for when it came in. It is stored in a database Compass keeps on Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to the Compass business inbox, a Google-hosted mailbox. Cloudflare hosts the site and that database, and its logs can capture the IP address behind each request. Phone the number printed on this site and the call may be recorded; the log keeps the number you called from, the date, and how many minutes it ran.

The site sets no analytics cookies at present, and this page will say so if that changes.

Who sees a request

Under a signed agreement with Compass Camper LLC, every request goes to a single independent builder: Suburban Buildings, LLC of Boerne, Texas. A copy stays with Compass Camper LLC, which keeps the introduction on record for follow-up, and Cloudflare and Google, named above, store and deliver it along the way. It is never sold onto a lead list, and it is not passed to another contractor. The builder owes a fee only when you sign with them.

How long records stay

Request and consent records are kept at least five years, in line with what the FCC expects for consent records. Ask for a record to be deleted and it is taken out of our records, unless a consent record has to stay to prove a call was allowed.

Phone, email and opting out

Any contact is by phone or email, the two you entered on the form, and calls can be automated or prerecorded, per the consent text above the form. This site's phone numbers do not text, so no text message is sent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. To end the contact, say so during a call, reply to one of our emails, or send a note to compassleadgroup@gmail.com. We take the record out and tell the contractor to stop as well.
